Leslee Armstrong, Owner
Leslee is a Licensed Tax Consultant with the state of Oregon and has been preparing taxes for 20 years. She earned her Associates degree in Accounting in 1998. After many years of preparing taxes for companies like Columbia Turel, she opened Helping You Tax & Accounting in 2003. Leslee has extensive experience with Corporate & Partnership taxes and accounting; she is also well versed in areas of Estates, Trusts, and Inheritances.
Jamasa Sattler, Tax Preparer
Jamasa is a Licensed Tax Preparer with the state of Oregon and has been preparing taxes off and on for the past 10 years. She has over 11 years experience working in varying aspects of the bookkeeping industry. Jamasa has prior experience serving on the board of a small non-profit and is familiar with non-profit bookkeeping and filing requirements. She has over 5 years QuickBooks experience and enjoys working with her clients in using QuickBooks to streamline their bookkeeping practices. Jamasa has been employed by Helping You Tax & Accounting since September 2007 and is committed to providing accurate and efficient services to her clients.
Carol Armstrong
Carol is usually first smiling face you see when you walk through the front door. She has been with Helping You Tax & Accounting since it first opened its doors. She is a key part to the success of the small family office. If Carol is not busy making appointments for the preparers or greeting clients, she is working behind the scenes putting together tax packets, making copies, answering phones, ordering supplies, or one of many other various tasks. During tax season Carol keeps the office running efficiently!
Rachael McCullough
Rachael is the newest member to be a part of Helping You Tax & Accounting. She plays a key role in providing translation services for our Latino clients. Rachael liked working the 2008 Tax Season so much, that she has been taking classes in order to sit for the tax preparer exam late 2009. Rachael will be a cheerful face you can count on seeing during our peak tax time. For our clients who feel more comfortable speaking Spanish, appointments can be made at a time Rachael is available for translation, just call our office and let us know that you would like to request interprative services.
